Organizer and Regulator: NextFUR LTDA Organization (hereinafter "NextFUR")
IMPORTANT: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY NEXTFUR COMMUNITY.
These community rules ("Guidelines") govern participation in communities organized and managed by NextFUR ("Organization"), including forums, discussion groups, and online events. By participating in any community or event, the participant ("Participant") declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions set forth herein.
I. | FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES AND GENERAL CONDUCT
Universally applicable to all virtual and physical spaces managed by NextFUR.
1. | RESPECT AND CIVILITY
1.1. | Coexistence in NextFUR spaces must be guided by mutual respect, cordiality, and empathy. All users, staff members, and third parties must be treated with dignity.
1.2. | NextFUR fosters a safe and strictly inclusive environment. Any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, physical condition, or neurodivergence is strictly prohibited.
1.3. | The use of offensive language, insults, threats, or any behavior interpreted as harassment or bullying is strictly forbidden.
2. | ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE SPEECH AND ILLICIT ACTS
2.1. | Claims of "joke", "dark humor", "meme", or "irony" will not be accepted as justification for severe infractions.
2.2. | Promoting, advocating, or sharing content related to racism, nazism, fascism, pedophilia, child exploitation, terrorism, or illegal drug use will result in permanent and summary ban across all NextFUR platforms and events.
2.3. | NextFUR reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
3. | HARASSMENT, PRIVACY, AND PERSONAL INTEGRITY
3.1. | Moral and sexual harassment is strictly forbidden.
3.2. | Stalking (virtual or in-person) is strictly prohibited.
3.3. | Doxing (public release of personal data without consent) is forbidden.
3.4. | Encouragement or instruction regarding self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited.
4. | INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT, EXPLICIT MEDIA, AND TRIGGERS
4.1. | Sexually explicit content, pornography, and graphic nudity are strictly forbidden in public areas.
4.2. | Gore and extreme violence media are forbidden.
4.3. | Intentionally posting media formatted to trigger seizures or phobias will result in immediate content deletion and ban.
II. | VIRTUAL SPACE GUIDELINES
Applicable to Discord servers, in-game chats (FurSMP/SoulBound/Luposfera), NextLauncher, LyraLauncher, FurYou.social, and forums.
5. | TEXT COMMUNICATION AND MODERATION
5.1. | Spam, flood, unauthorized server ads, scams, and phishing links result in mutes or bans.
5.2. | Excessive profanity, targeted insults, and hostility will result in text mutes.
5.3. | Off-topic postings or misplaced bot commands will be deleted with a warning.
6. | VOICE CHANNELS
6.1. | Voice changers, earrape, unrequested soundpads, or screaming disrupting calls are forbidden.
6.2. | Raids or coordinated mass noise attacks lead to immediate permanent ban.
6.3. | Sharing audio containing hate speech or harassment will result in permanent ban.
7. | SOFTWARE INTEGRITY AND FAIR PLAY
7.1. | Cheats, hacks, or unauthorized mods providing unfair advantages result in permanent ban.
7.2. | Exploiting bugs or glitches for competitive gains is forbidden.
7.3. | NextFUR reserves the right to monitor suspicious activities and apply sanctions.
8. | IMPERSONATION
8.1. | Impersonating Staff, developers, celebrities, or other users is prohibited.
8.2. | Creating fake accounts to evade bans will extend penalties to all associated IP/HWID addresses.
8.3. | NextFUR may request 2FA verification for suspicious accounts.
III. | PHYSICAL EVENT GUIDELINES
Applicable to conventions, meetups, and physical events organized by NextFUR.
9. | SAFETY, ENTRY, AND PERMANENCE
9.1. | Attendees must follow security staff directions at all times.
9.2. | Weapons, illegal drugs, and underage alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
9.3. | Local Laws: Participants commit to respecting all municipal, state, and federal laws.
9.4. | Security Inspections: Attendees agree to bag checks and searches upon venue entry.
10. | EVENT BEHAVIOR
10.1. | Attendees must maintain civil behavior and respect others.
10.2. | Alcohol consumption is restricted to adults of legal age in moderation.
10.3. | Illegal drug use results in immediate event expulsion and law enforcement report.
11. | DRESS CODE AND DECENCY
11.1. | Dress Code Objective: Events maintain a family-friendly rating requiring decency.
11.2. | Fetishware Prohibition: Entry in explicit or implicit fetish wear (BDSM, pup hoods, leather harnesses over bare skin, latex anatomical suits, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
11.3. | Mobility & Safety: Costumes obstructing vision, hearing, or emergency routes are forbidden.
11.4. | Veto Power: NextFUR holds exclusive authority to deem attire inappropriate.
11.5. | All participants must dress appropriately for general audience events.
11.6. | NextFUR may request changing or removal of inappropriate accessories.
11.7. | In case of doubt, attendees should request costume pre-approval.
11.8. | NextFUR reinforces commitment to a safe and respectful environment.
12. | CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY
12.1. | Participants are personally liable for damages or injuries caused.
12.2. | NextFUR is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
12.3. | Severe incidents will be reported to law enforcement.
12.4. | Personal Belongings: Care of belongings (fursuits, phones) is participant's responsibility.
12.5. | Property Damage: Participants damaging venue facilities must cover repair costs.
12.6. | Participants agree to indemnify NextFUR against third-party claims.
12.7. | NextFUR reserves the right to ban illegal offenders permanently.
13. | PHYSICAL AND PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT
13.1. | Physical Contact: Cosplay and Fursuit do not equal consent. Always ask before touching.
13.2. | Media: Photographing attendees in restrooms or fursuit lounges is strictly forbidden.
13.3. | NextFUR reserves the right to remove non-consensual media.
14. | PROPS, SIMULACRA, AND ACCESSORIES
14.1. | Prop Rules: Cosplay prop weapons are permitted only if visibly fictitious with orange tips.
14.2. | Bladed Weapons: Real steel knives, swords, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
14.3. | Prop handling is restricted to stage shows and photo sessions.
14.4. | NextFUR security may confiscate dangerous props.
IV. | ADMINISTRATION AND SANCTIONS
15. | RELATION WITH NEXTFUR STAFF
15.1. | NextFUR Staff are volunteers dedicated to maintaining a safe environment.
15.2. | Respect Authority: Hostility or threats toward staff will not be tolerated.
15.3. | Staff directions must be followed immediately.
16. | OMISSION AND CONSPIRACY
16.1. | Conspiracy: Planning or orchestrating attacks against NextFUR is a grave violation.
16.2. | Intentional Omission: Intentionally covering up severe crimes or attacks incurs severe sanctions.
17. | REPORTING SYSTEM
17.1 | Official Channels: Reports must be submitted privately via Ticket Bot or email.
17.2 | False Reports: Forging evidence or malicious false reports will result in punishment.
17.3 | NextFUR investigates reports impartially and confidentially.
17.4 | NextFUR reserves the right to apply appropriate disciplinary sanctions.
18. | SANCTIONS AND PENALTIES
18.1 | Sanctions include but are not limited to:
- I. Deletion of messages or in-game items.
- II. Formal Warning.
- III. Temporary text or voice Mute.
- IV. Temporary Kick or loss of privileges.
- V. Account Suspension across services.
- VI. Event Removal without ticket refund.
- VII. Permanent Ban (HWID Ban) from platforms and future events.
18.2 | Extreme infractions result in immediate permanent bans.
18.3 | Sanctions are based on objective evaluation of facts.
19. | FINAL PROVISIONS
19.1 | Updates: NextFUR reserves the right to update these rules at any time.
19.2 | Interpretation: Final decision on rule interpretation belongs to NextFUR.
