1. | MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND TICKET ACQUISITION

1.1. | The maximum public capacity varies according to the venue of each event organized by NextFUR, strictly respecting the Operating License and guidelines of the São Paulo State Fire Department.

1.2. | Ticket sales occur on a strict first-come, first-served basis (virtual or physical queue). Ticket availability is subject to venue capacity limits.

1.3. | NextFUR reserves the right to limit the quantity of tickets per person to ensure access for as many participants as possible.

1.4. | Ticket purchase is personal and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by NextFUR. The ticket is valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase.

1.5. | NextFUR is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties or unauthorized channels, and such tickets may be cancelled without right to refund.

1.6. | The Organization reserves the right to close sales at any time once maximum event capacity is reached, with no guarantee of door ticket availability.

2. | MINIMUM AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

2.1. | The minimum age required to access NextFUR events is 16 (sixteen) full years on the date of the event.

2.2. | The Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure during ticket purchase is mandatory, aimed at event safety and legal compliance.

2.3. | For Participants under 18 years of age (16 and 17), purchase completion and ticket issuance are conditional upon express approval from parents or legal guardians, validated through NextFUR's sales platform.

2.4. | On the day of the event, presentation of an official photo ID (RG, Driver's License, or Passport) will be required for identity and age verification. Failure to comply will result in entry refusal without right to refund.

2.5. | NextFUR reserves the right to deny event access to anyone who fails age requirements or refuses to present verification documents.

3. | TICKET POSSESSION AND OWNERSHIP

3.1. | The ticket is personal and registered under the holder's name on the platform.

3.2. | Ticket possession grants entry right, subject to identity validation at the gate.

3.3. | The ticket holder is solely responsible for its safekeeping. Ticket loss or theft is not NextFUR's responsibility, and no replacement ticket or refund will be issued.

3.4. | Ticket transfer, when permitted, must abide by event-specific deadlines and rules, and the new holder must undergo KYC verification.

3.5. | The Organization is not responsible for tickets acquired outside official NextFUR channels.

4. | RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

4.1. | In compliance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), Participants have the right to cancel online purchases within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase for a full refund.

4.2. | Event Proximity Exception: For operational viability, refund requests made within 3 (three) days (72 hours) prior to event start, or tickets bought within this 3-day window, are ineligible for refund.

4.3. | No refunds will be provided for no-shows or participants removed for rule violations.

4.5. | Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within up to 30 business days.

4.6. | NextFUR reserves the right to reject non-compliant or fraudulent refund requests.

5. | HALF-PRICE TICKET RULES

5.1. | NextFUR strictly complies with Federal Law No. 12,933/2013, Federal Decree No. 8,537/2015, and São Paulo state/municipal regulations regarding half-price tickets for eligible groups (students, seniors over 60, disabled individuals and companion, low-income youth with ID Jovem).

5.2. | Half-price benefits also apply to public school teachers and educational staff in São Paulo under state laws.

5.3. | Half-price ticket holders must present original, valid proof at the venue entrance.

5.4. | Failure to prove eligibility will prevent entry unless the remaining full-ticket balance is paid at the box office, if available.

6. | DIGITAL CURRENCY USE DURING THE EVENT (LUMMEN)

6.1. | Consumption of food, beverages, and official merch during the event will occur exclusively through the platform's official digital currency: Lummen.

6.2. | Lummen represents prepaid digital credits purchasable before or during the event via NextFUR platforms.

6.3. | Lummen belongs to the Participant and can be transferred digitally to other Participants within the NextFUR ecosystem.

6.4. | Remaining Lummen balances after event end stay in the user's digital wallet for future events or cash-out subject to platform terms.

6.5. | NextFUR is not responsible for lost Lummen resulting from account security failures or unauthorized access.

6.6. | Lummen usage is exclusive to event transactions and cannot be converted outside platform guidelines.

7. | CONDUCT AND SAFETY DURING THE EVENT

7.1. | Participants commit to abiding by NextFUR conduct rules and applicable laws during events.

7.2. | NextFUR fosters a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, physical/verbal aggression, or annoyance will not be tolerated.

7.3. | To ensure safety, comfort, and well-being, entry with fetish clothing or accessories is prohibited, as well as outfits that:

• I – Are explicitly sexualized or evidently evoke intimate practices.
• II – May be interpreted as fetishwear, even indirectly, at organization discretion.
• III – Fetish gear (excluding fursuits) restricting mobility, vision, hearing, or communication, posing safety risks.
• IV – Impair circulation or compromise venue safety rules.
• V – Are associated with negative or discriminatory stereotypes.
• VI – Are deemed inappropriate by organization to preserve an inclusive environment.

7.4. | NextFUR reserves the right to deny entry or remove any non-compliant participant without refund.

7.5. | In case of emergency, Participants must follow safety personnel instructions.

7.6. | NextFUR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7.7. | Event attendance requires common sense, respect, and decency.

7.8. | Possession, use, or trade of illegal drugs, weapons, or flammable substances is strictly forbidden.

7.9. | Participants agree to security checks (bag inspections and searches) upon request.

7.10. | Weapon replicas are allowed only for authorized stage activities and recreational props meeting safety standards.

8. | VENUE DAMAGE AND THIRD PARTIES

8.1. | Participants are liable for any damage caused to venue facilities, furniture, or equipment.

8.2. | Reimbursement terms will be determined based on damage extent within up to 30 days.

8.3. | NextFUR reserves all legal rights to seek compensation for damages caused.

9. | THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND DEALER'S DEN

9.1. | Third-party vendors and Dealer's Den participants must abide by NextFUR event rules.

9.2. | NextFUR reserves the right to remove any non-compliant vendor without refund.

9.3. | The organization is not responsible for items bought from third-party vendors.

9.4. | Sold items must comply with applicable safety and quality laws, prohibiting:

• I – Illegal, counterfeit, or IP-infringing items.
• II – Items posing health or safety risks.
• III – Content inappropriate for minors.
• IV – Items promoting hate speech or discrimination.
• V – Items glorifying illegal practices.

10. | STAFF AND COLLABORATORS

10.1. | NextFUR staff are trained professionals responsible for event organization and safety.

10.2. | Participants agree to follow staff instructions at all times.

10.3. | Disrespect or aggression toward staff will result in immediate removal without refund.

10.4. | Severe misconduct will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

11. | SWEEPSTAKES AND TOURNAMENTS

11.1. | NextFUR may organize recreational tournaments and sweepstakes during events.

11.2. | Tournament rules and criteria will be announced prior to or at the venue.

11.3. | Activities are purely cultural, recreational, or sports-oriented, exempt from gambling regulations.

11.4. | Participation is voluntary and free.

11.5. | Prizes will be awarded according to activity rules.

11.6. | NextFUR reserves the right to disqualify non-compliant participants.

12. | USE OF IMAGE AND VOICE

12.1. | The event will be documented by official NextFUR photographers and videographers.

12.2. | By attending, Participants grant NextFUR royalty-free rights to use their image and voice in event recordings.

12.3. | Image rights grant includes promotional, institutional, and media use worldwide.

12.4. | NextFUR may edit and distribute media captured during the event.

12.5. | Participants wishing to opt out must notify organization in writing at least 30 days prior via email [email protected].

13. | PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (LGPD)

13.1. | All personal data collected is protected under NextFUR Privacy Policy.

13.2. | Data is processed strictly in accordance with Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).

13.3. | To request data access or deletion, contact the DPO via official privacy channels.

14. | LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

14.1. | Organization is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items (including fursuits).

14.2. | NextFUR is not liable for schedule changes or cancellations due to force majeure.

14.3. | Vehicle parking damages are the sole responsibility of vehicle owners and third-party parking operators.

15. | GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

15.1. | This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, electing the Courts of São Paulo, SP.

15.2. | NextFUR reserves the right to update these Terms with advance notice to registered participants.
