This document represents the main contract ("Terms of Service", "ToS" or "Agreement") between you ("User", "Player" or "Participant") and NextFUR LTDA Organization ("NextFUR", "We" or "Foundation"). It governs the use of all our digital infrastructure (LyraLauncher, FurGuard, FurYou.social, Sparkle AI), as well as your participation in our physical ecosystems (FurVerão, NextFUR Conference) and virtual ones (FurSMP, Soulbound).

By creating an account, downloading our software, accessing our servers, or purchasing tickets for our activities, you expressly declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to this document in its entirety, as well as all attached policies and external links referenced herein.

1. | Collection of Personal and Technical Data

NextFUR is fully committed to user privacy and compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018). To ensure safe and efficient operation of our services, we collect data divided into the following categories:

1.1. Identification and Registration Data:

When creating an account on our platforms, we collect basic information such as name, email, date of birth, nicknames, and your unique Discord identifier.

1.2. Technical and Telemetry Data:

Our software (NextLauncher) and server infrastructure automatically log technical device information, including IP Address, Hardware ID (HWID), operating system, crash reports, and network latency.

1.3. Financial and KYC (Know Your Customer) Data:

For store purchases or event tickets, we may require additional data such as tax ID (CPF/RG) and billing address for fraud prevention, age validation, and invoicing.

1.4. Interaction and Content Data:

We store chat histories, Roleplay (RP) interaction logs, moderation logs, support tickets, and text prompts sent to our AI (Sparkle).

2. | Purpose of Data Collection

Information collection has clear legal bases aimed solely at:

2.1. Service Operation and Delivery:

Allowing you to access FurSMP, use FurYou.social, download NextLauncher, and seamlessly participate in our ecosystem.

2.2. Security and Integrity (FurGuard):

Protecting the community against cyberattacks, cheats, and ban evasion. Crossing IP and HWID data is vital for safety.

2.3. Financial Transactions and Legal Compliance:

Processing payments, issuing receipts, and fulfilling fiscal and regulatory obligations in Brazil.

2.4. Technological Improvement and AI:

Improving support, narrative generation, and moderation. No sensitive personal data is used to train Sparkle AI without complete anonymization.

3. | Confidentiality and Leak Prevention (Anti-Leak)

NextFUR enforces strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) on staff. Leaking personal data, moderation logs, or internal info (Doxxing/Leaks) is strictly forbidden and results in permanent ban and legal prosecution.

4. | End User License Agreement (EULA) and Software

Complete software licensing terms are detailed in our EULA. Acceptance of these Global Terms implies automatic and unconditional acceptance of the EULA available at: nextfur.net/eula.

• We grant a limited, non-commercial license to use NextLauncher/LyraLauncher.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
• Using Hacked Clients or injecting malicious code results in permanent HWID Ban.

5. | Community Guidelines and Virtual Conduct

Behavioral standards and guidelines are detailed in our Community Guidelines. By accepting this document, you agree to abide by rules at: nextfur.net/guidelines.

NextFUR is an inclusive environment. Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment results in immediate Global Ban (Level 4).

6. | Physical and In-Person Events

Participation in physical events like FurVerão and FurOPS is regulated by specific operational safety and dress code rules.

Purchasing tickets conditions acceptance of policies at: nextfur.net/eventsterms. Non-compliance authorizes immediate venue removal without refund.

7. | Virtual Property and No-Refund Policy

Virtual items, in-game currency, and land claims are limited usage licenses within the ecosystem and hold no real financial value.

If account access is suspended for rule violations, virtual assets are revoked. NextFUR does not provide refunds for lost access resulting from rule infractions.

8. | Data Sharing

NextFUR Foundation does not sell, rent, or share personal data with external third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data sharing occurs strictly under the following controlled circumstances:

• Essential Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure partners (e.g., AWS) and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) solely to keep servers online and process purchases safely.
• Legal and Judicial Obligations: Providing user information to authorities upon valid court orders or severe crime investigations.

9. | Your Rights and Data Removal

Under data protection law (LGPD), you hold rights over your personal information, including:

• Access data: Request a copy of information held about you.
• Correct data: Update incomplete or inaccurate info.
• Request deletion: Request permanent deletion of data and account closure.

Deletion Exception (Legitimate Interest): If your account holds a Global Ban (Level 4) history, NextFUR retains technical data (HWID/IP) for system security and ban evasion prevention.

10. | Intellectual Property and Certification (Zhyrel)

Creations, lore, and builds on our servers become part of the collective universe with a perpetual usage license granted to NextFUR. Artists can also apply for Zhyrel Certification (ZC).

11. | Governance and Jurisdiction

NextFUR administration reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use represents agreement to new terms.
